摘要
建立了一种利用连续流动分析仪快速、准确测定青稞酒中氰化物含量的方法.结果显示,该方法测定氰化物含量在 2.00~200.00 µg·L-1 浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为 0.999 9,检出限为 0.3 µg·L-1,加标回收率为94.8%~96.9%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.6%.该方法操作简便快捷,准确度高、检出限低、重现性好,适用于大批量青稞酒中氰化物的检测.
Abstract
A method was developed for the rapid and accurate determination of cyanide content in highland barley wine by a continuous flow analyzer.The results showed that the method was linear in the concentration range of 2.00~200.00 µg·L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,the detection limit of 0.3 µg·L-1,the spiked recoveries of 94.8%~96.9%,and the relative standard deviations of 1.2%~2.6%.The method is simple and fast,with high accuracy,low detection limit and good reproducibility,and is suitable for the determination of cyanide in large quantities of highland barley wine.
