Validation and Analysis of Detection Capability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Mineral Water
By participating in the validation of the detection ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in mineral water organized by external units, exploring the counting method and range of reducing the number of colonies after filtration, and improving the laboratory's ability to apply GB 8538-2022 for detection, while verifying the accuracy of MALDI-TOF MS.Processing the samples according to the capability verification work instruction, were diluted by 25 mL+225 mL,and detecting in parallel according to GB 8538-2022,and identified by MALDI-TOF MS.The Z values of 23-V717 and 23-H802 were-0.1 and-0.9 respectively. The result is satisfactory. This capability validation improved the laboratory detection capability, verified the accuracy of MALDI-TOF MS identification, and shortened the testing time.
