Preliminary Screening and Detection of Pesticide Residues in Three Type of Fruit Peels
Objective:Using the rapid detection card method to understand the residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruit peels.Method:The rapid detection card method was used to preliminarily detect the residual levels of pesticides in the peels of three types of fruits.Result:The screening results of pesticide residues in the peel of Psidium guajava,Fortunella margarita, and young fruit of Xinhui Citrus reticulata Chachi were all negative. The negative rate of pesticide residue detection results of Citrus reticulata peel for 3 years and above was≥88.89%.The consistency of pesticide residue screening results of Citrus reticulata peel by rapid detection test strip method and pesticide residue rapid detector method reached 80%.Conclusion:The rapid detection card method can be used for the initial screening and detection of pesticide residues in fruit peels, and can provide basic reference data for the management of pesticide used in fruit production and further serving agricultural production practices.
