Detection and Analysis of Lead Content in Plum in Yongtai County
In order to investigate the lead content in plum in Yongtai county,200 local plum samples were purchased from Yongtai county,and the lead content was detected and analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the content of lead in plum in Yongtai county was 0～1.10 mg·kg-1,and the average content was 0.31 mg·kg-1.Only one plum sample exceeded the national limit standard of 0.8 mg·kg-1.The detection rate of lead in 200 samples was 85%,the lead content of 0.41～0.80 mg·kg-1 accounted for 17%,the lead content below 0.4 mg·kg-1 accounted for 82.5%,and the overall qualified rate was 99.5%.The results showed that the quality and safety of Yongtai county were high and the production hygiene was good.
