A Study on the Rational and Nutritious Diet of Volleyball Players
With the continuous development of competitive sports,the nutritional diet of athletes has attracted more and more attention,and volleyball,as a confrontational sport across the net,has very high requirements for athletes'physical fitness and skills.A reasonable and nutritious diet plays a very important role in improving the daily training effect and athletic performance of volleyball players.According to the energy consumption characteristics of volleyball players and the dietary energy intake demand in the training process.This article analyzes the main reasons for the imbalanced dietary ratio of volleyball players based on their energy consumption characteristics and nutritional needs during training.Targeted suggestions for a reasonable diet are proposed to better provide reasonable sports nutrition support for volleyball players.
