Application of Gas Chromatography in Food Quality Testing
With the frequent occurrence of food safety accidents,food safety issues have received high attention from all sectors of society and have become an important livelihood issue for China's social development.Gas chromatography has the advantages of high sensitivity and fast detection speed,which can meet the needs of food quality inspection.This article analyzes the application principle of gas chromatography technology and explores in depth the specific application of this method in food quality inspection,in order to improve food quality and ensure people's physical health.
