Progress of Research on the Active Ingredients of Agaricus blazei and Their Functional Value
Agaricus blazei is a valuable edible and medicinal fungus,rich in polysaccharides,phenols,lectins and other active substances,has a significant role in anti-tumor,anti-virus,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy and so on.In this paper,the main active components and functional role of Agaricus blazei were described,in order to provide reference for further development of its functional value and clinical treatment.
