Research on Food Microbial Inspection and Detection Methods
Microbial testing of food is a crucial step in ensuring food safety,and currently faces challenges in standardization of culture media,control of culture conditions,and molecular detection technology.This article analyzes the harmfulness of common pathogenic microorganisms in food and points out the shortcomings of existing detection methods,such as inconsistent quality of culture media,imprecise control of culture conditions,and limitations of molecular detection techniques.To improve detection efficiency,this article proposes strategies such as establishing a culture substrate control system,optimizing culture condition parameters,and introducing new molecular detection technologies.Through these measures,the aim is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of food microbiological testing,thereby better safeguarding public health.
