摘要
大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用,有助于提高食品安全监管水平,充分保障人们的生命安全和身体健康.本文以大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用现状为基础,分析应用过程中存在的问题和挑战,并开展基于大数据技术的智能监管模式研究,以促进食品安全监管领域智能监管模式的健康发展.
Abstract
The application of big data technology in food safety supervision helps to improve the level of food safety supervision and fully guarantee people's life safety and physical health.This article is based on the current application status of big data technology in food safety supervision,analyzes the problems and challenges in the application process,and conducts research on intelligent supervision models based on big data technology to promote the healthy development of intelligent supervision models in the field of food safety supervision.
