Rapid Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Animal Derived Food
In recent years,food safety accidents have occurred frequently in China,many of which are caused by excessive residues of veterinary drugs in animal food or the illegal use of prohibited drugs.The principle and application cases of rapid detection of veterinary drug residues in animal derived foods were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various rapid detection methods were summarized,so as to provide reference for rapid detection of veterinary drug residues.
