预制菜作为一种适应现代生活节奏并依托工业化生产流程实现的高效便捷食品形式,其市场接纳度持续攀升,然而在渗透至校园餐饮环境的过程中,所暴露出的健康失常、实践失焦、行为失范、信任失衡等一系列问题亟待审慎剖析.基于此,各主体应通过坚持完善相关法律法规、严守校园餐饮安全底线,贯彻落实监管机制、建立校园餐饮健康防线,提升饮食文化内涵、培育校园餐饮育人引线等措施,实现预制菜赋能校园餐饮改革发展,提升师生餐饮服务质量,实现教育环境下餐饮服务的现代化转型.
Thinking and Exploration of the Development of Campus Catering Under the Upsurge of Prefabricated Dishes
Prefabricated dishes,as a food format adapted to modern lifestyles and efficiently realized through industrial production processes,have seen a rising market acceptance.However,in the process of penetrating into the campus catering environment,a series of problems such as health disorders,out-of-focus practices,behavior irregularities and trust imbalances have been exposed,which need careful analysis.Based on this,all subjects should adhere to the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,strictly observe the safety bottom line of campus catering,implement the supervision mechanism,establish a health defense line of campus catering,improve the connotation of catering culture,cultivate campus catering education and other measures to achieve the reform and development of campus catering empowered by the prefabricated dishes,improve the quality of catering service for teachers and students,and realize the modernization of catering service in an educational environment.
