As a food resource,rice bran has problems such as acid deterioration,Aspergillus flavus pollution,excessive heavy metals,excessive pesticide residues,rough taste,and heavy bran gas,which seriously threaten human health.In order to solve these problems,ensure the edible safety of rice bran and realize the comprehensive development and utilization of rice bran,this paper studied the safety index of rice bran,and put forward the technical measures to ensure the safety of rice bran.
