Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Physical and Chemical Testing and Improvement Measures
The accuracy of food physical and chemical testing is directly related to public health and safety,the compliance of the food industry,and the improvement of food safety governance capabilities.It is the basis for ensuring food quality and safety.The main factors affecting the detection accuracy include the completeness of the food quality management system,the accuracy of experimental instruments and reagents,the processing and preservation of samples,etc.In order to effectively improve the accuracy of food physical and chemical test results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,including improving the food quality management system,strengthening the effective management of experimental instruments and equipment,and scientifically handling food inspection samples.Through the implementation of these programs,the accuracy of food physical and chemical testing can be significantly improved,thereby ensuring food safety and promoting the healthy development of the food industry.
