摘要
对 2021-2023 年江苏省某市食品安全监督抽检数据进行统计,按照不同的维度分析监督抽检工作中存在的主要不合格项目及类型,识别主要的食品安全风险.结果显示,2021-2023年该市共完成食品安全监督抽检10 029批次,检测合格样品共9 621批次,整体合格率为95.93%;不合格项目包括农药残留、化学污染物、微生物污染、兽药残留、质量控制因素以及食品添加剂超限使用等6大类.
Abstract
Statistical analysis of food safety supervision and sampling data from a certain city in Jiangsu province from 2021 to 2023,analyzing the main unqualified items and types in supervision and sampling work from different dimensions,and identifying the main food safety risks.The results showed that from 2021 to 2023,the city completed a total of 10 029 batches of food safety supervision inspections,with a total of 9 621 batches of qualified samples,and an overall qualification rate of 95.93%;unqualified projects include six categories:pesticide residues,chemical pollutants,microbial contamination,veterinary drug residues,quality control factors,and excessive use of food additives.
