Determination of Glucocorticoid Residues in Foods of Animal Origin by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To detect the residues of glucocorticoids in animal-derived foods by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:After alkaline hydrolysis, the tissue samples were extracted with ethyl acetate.Using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis, using electrospray ion source, positive ion scanning.Result:The linear relationship of this method was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99,and the recovery rate was 72.95%~99.86%.Conclusion:This method can be used for the detection of glucocorticoid drug residues in animal-derived foods, which is simple, sensitive and accurate.
