Analysis of Validation Results for Total Bacterial Count in Food
Objective:In order to strengthen the ability to detect total bacterial count in food and promote internal quality control in the laboratory, our laboratory participated in the ACAS-PT1582(2023)validation of the ability to count total bacterial count in food organized by the Testing and Evaluation Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences.Method:Two samples were tested according to the GB 4789.2-2022 and the capability verification operation manual.Result:The total colony count of sample A812 was 1.4×103 CFU·mL-1,and the total colony count of sample Y109 was 5.0×103 CFU·mL-1.After evaluation, the |Z| values of both assessment samples are less than 2,and the results are satisfactory. Conclusion:The laboratory has the ability to detect the total number of bacterial colonies in food.
