Analysis of Food Poisoning in the Catering Industry of Bayuquan District,Yingkou City from 2017 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the situation of food poisoning in catering industry in Bayuquan district of Yingkou city from 2017 to 2023.Method:The data of food poisoning events in catering industry in Bayuquan district of Yingkou city from January 2017 to June 2023 were retrospectively collected and analyzed.Result:From 2017 to 2023,there were 77 food poisoning incidents in the catering industry in Bayuquan district of Yingkou city,with 678 poisoning cases and 3 deaths.The number of poisoning cases in different years was significantly different(P<0.05).From 2017 to 2023,the food poisoning places of catering industry in Bayuquan district of Yingkou city were mainly canteens.The types of food poisoning were mainly alcohol and its products.The pathogenic factors of food poisoning were mainly plant pathogenic factors.The time of food poisoning was mainly summer.The areas of food poisoning were mainly townships.The population of food poisoning were mainly women,18~59 years old and local people.Conclusion:From 2017 to 2023,the number of food poisoning incidents and the number of poisoning people in the catering industry in Bayuquan district of Yingkou city showed a decreasing trend.Strengthening food safety supervision and actively implementing relevant systems are conducive to reducing the risk of food poisoning.
