The antibacterial effect of Gutian Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides on five common pathogenic bacteria was tested using the antibacterial circle test.The results showed that a 1.87 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had a certain inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella paratyphi B,and Escherichia coli,but a 1.87～151.42 µg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had no significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
