Research on the Construction Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Brands Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy—Taking Yiwu's Characteristic Intangible Cultural Heritage Food as an Example
With the in-depth promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the popularization of brand digital operation means,the development of information technology and online shopping platform has endowed value connotation and realization path for China's intangible cultural heritage food brand construction,food processing technology inheritance and rural development.Based on research methods such as literature review and field investigation,this paper summarizes the development status of Yiwu rural intangible cultural heritage food brand through field investigation of Yiwu characteristic intangible cultural heritage food production workshops,discusses the realization path of intangible cultural heritage food brand construction under rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward optimization suggestions on intangible cultural heritage food brand construction under rural revitalization strategy.It is committed to promoting the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage food processing technology and rural revitalization.
