Analysis on Audit Elements and Countermeasures of Pre-Packaged Food Label
As an effective way to convey food safety information to the public,pre-packaged food label can comprehensively show food-related characteristics and performance.This study introduces the relevant laws and regulations on pre-packaged food label at the present stage,focuses on analyzing the common elements of pre-packaged food label audit,and proposes measures to improve the pre-packaged food label according to the government,enterprises and consumers,so as to better protect the rights and health of consumers.
