Based on the booming development trend of China's food inspection and testing industry,how to achieve high-quality development and enhance market competitiveness is an important issue currently faced by such institutions.This article combines relevant national policies and regulations with market characteristics to study and analyze the high-quality development path of food inspection and testing institutions,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of institutions.
