Research on Food Quality and Safety Management Path from the Perspective of Total Quality Management
With the deepening development of globalization and market economy,the food industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy,so ensuring food quality and safety has become an important issue that urgently needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the significance of implementing total quality management in food quality and safety management and the challenges faced in current food quality and safety management,explores the operational mechanism of food quality and safety management from the perspective of comprehensive quality management,and proposes corresponding food quality and safety management strategies.
