Abstract
As an important means to ensure food safety,food sampling inspection is of vital significance to the regulatory authorities.This paper deeply discusses the role and approach of intensified food sampling inspection in promoting the in-depth supervision of food safety,in order to arouse the society's deeper thinking on food safety issues.
