Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of the Quality and Safety Supervision of Beef and Mutton Products in Zhengzhou City
With the improvement of people's living standards,the meat consumption structure of urban and rural residents in China has been further optimized and upgraded,the consumption of beef and mutton has increased,and the consumption speed has accelerated.At the same time,consumers pay more attention to the"quality"demand for beef and mutton products in addition to the"quantity"demand.Therefore,whether we can provide consumers with safe and healthy beef and mutton products is directly related to the health of the public.Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of beef and mutton product consumption,beef and mutton breeding and slaughtering and cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises in Zhengzhou city,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the quality and safety supervision of beef and mutton products in Zhengzhou city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the quality and safety supervision practice of beef and mutton products in Zhengzhou city and ensure the quality and safety of beef and mutton products in Zhengzhou city.
