摘要
随着我国经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高、生活方式不断变化,人们对食品安全的需求日益增长,更加重视食品的安全性和营养性.因此,本文阐述食品安全与食品检验检测体系优化的重要性,分析当前我国食品检验检测体系建设中存在的问题,并提出优化建议,以期为相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
With the development of China's economy,people's living standards are constantly improving and life styles are constantly changing,people's demand for food safety is growing,and more attention is paid to the safety and nutrition of food.Therefore,this paper expounds the importance of food safety and the optimization of food inspection and testing system,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of China's food inspection and testing system,and puts forward optimization suggestions,in order to provide reference for related research.
