摘要

本文介绍预制菜食品安全监管的重要作用,阐述预制菜食品安全监管现状,提出预制菜食品安全监管的完善策略,以此来推动预制菜食品安全监管效能的稳步提升,保证预制菜的安全性,避免潜在安全隐患的发生.

Abstract

This paper introduces the important role of food safety supervision of prepared dishes,expounds the current situation of food safety supervision of prepared dishes,and puts forward the improvement strategy of food safety supervision of prepared dishes,so as to promote the steady improvement of food safety supervision efficiency of prepared dishes,ensure the safety of prepared dishes,and avoid potential security risks.
