摘要
为提高食品安全监管效率和监管质量,更好地应用大数据技术开展食品安全监管工作,本文研究大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用现状和优势,分析大数据技术在食品安全监管中应用存在的问题,提出大数据技术在食品安全监管中应用的优化措施.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of food safety supervision,and better apply big data technology to carry out food safety supervision,this paper studies the application status and advantages of big data technology in food safety supervision,analyzes the problems existing in the application of big data technology in food safety supervision,and puts forward optimization measures for the application of big data technology in food safety supervision.
