Suggestions and Countermeasures for Food Safety Management in the Small Catering Industry
Implementing a food safety strategy to make people eat at ease is an important part of the healthy China strategy.The party and the government regard food safety as an important livelihood project and a popular project,attach great importance to food safety management,and comprehensively increase the intensity of food safety supervision.In recent years,the small catering industry has shown a vigorous development trend in various places.As an important part of the catering industry,the small catering industry has the characteristics of f lexibility,convenience and affordable price,but there are also risks such as hygiene and safety.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of food safety management in the small catering industry,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for food safety management in the small catering industry from the perspective of local government including strengthening system supervision and policy support,focusing on enhancing industry self-discipline and integrity,giving play to the role of social supervision and public opinion guidance,and standardizing the production and operation process.
