Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision in China
With the acceleration of globalization and industrialization,food safety issues have become increasingly prominent and have become a common focus of concern for society,governments,and consumers.Food quality is not only related to public health,but also affects the stability and development of the national economy.This paper analyzes the main problems in the current food safety regulatory system,such as inconsistent standards,uneven allocation of regulatory resources,and opaque information.A series of optimization countermeasures are proposed,such as strengthening regulatory construction,optimizing resource allocation,improving regulatory efficiency,promoting technological progress,and encouraging public participation,in order to optimize the existing food safety regulatory system,further improve the level of food safety regulation,and promote the continuous improvement of food quality.
