摘要

目的:建立测试片法测定菌落总数的不确定度评定方法,在具体检测中提高科学性和准确性.方法:利用统计学方法计算各不确定度分量、合成不确定度及扩展不确定度.结果:在 95%置信水平下,测试片法检测动物性水产制品中菌落总数含量对数的扩展不确定度为0.232 2,结论:测试片法检测动物性水产品中菌落总数中,重复试验对不确定度结果的贡献较大.

Abstract

Objective:Establish a method to evaluate the uncertainty of aerobic plate count by aerbic count test tablet,so as to improve the scientificity and accuracy of detection.Method:Use statistical methods to calculate the components of uncertainty,composite uncertainty,and expanded uncertainty.Result:Under the 95%confidence level,the expanded uncertainty of the logarithm of aerobic plate count in the detection of animal aquatic products by the aerbic count test tablet method was 0.232 2.Conclusion:The repeated test made a greater contribution to the uncertainty results of the detection of aerobic plate count in animal aquatic products.
