As the main source of nutrition in people's daily lives,dairy products'quality and safety are closely related to the health and rights of consumers.This article reviews the application of food testing technologies such as chromatographic technology,spectroscopic technology,immunoassay technology,and biosensing technology in the dairy industry,focusing on the application of related technologies in dairy product component detection,adulteration identification,and microbial detection,aiming to provide useful reference for improving the quality and safety level of dairy products.
