建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱-质谱联用法检测生姜中 8 种(丙溴磷、哒螨灵、敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、三氯杀螨醇、三唑醇、杀螟硫磷和戊菌唑)农药残留量的方法.样品加乙腈、盐析萃取包提取,净化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,采用动态多反应监测正离子模式扫描,使用内标法定量.结果显示,该方法在0.05~1.00 μg·mL-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于 0.99.在 0.10 mg·kg-1 加标量下,回收率在82.6%~103.0%,相对标准偏差在 0.9%~6.4%.该方法快捷、高效、准确,适用于生姜中多种农药残留的测定.
Determination of Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Ginger by QuEChERS-GC-MS
A QuEChERS-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was established for the detection of 8 pesticide residues(probromophos,imidacloprid,dichlorvos,malathion,diclofenac,triazolol,fenitrothion and pentaconazole)in ginger.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and salt extraction package,purified,detected by GC-MS spectrometry,analyzed by MS under positive ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring,and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the method was linear in the concentration range of 0.05~1.00 μg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The recoveries were in the range of 82.6%~103.0%at the spiked amount of 0.10 mg·kg-1,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.9%~6.4%.The method is fast,efficient,accurate and suitable for the determination of various pesticide residues in ginger.
