Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry and Determination of Polyphenols in 24 in the Honey
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 24 polyphenols in honey by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, and to analyze the content differences of 24 polyphenols in honey from different honey sources sold in Gansu.Method:The honey samples were extracted by methanol and filtered after constant volume. The triple quadrupole electrospray ion source ionization-multiple reaction monitoring negative ion monitoring mode was used for monitoring, and the external standard method was used for quantification.Result:The linear relationship of 24 polyphenols active substances was good in the range of 0.1~50.0 ng·mL-1(r≥0.997).The detection limit was 0.05~1.50 μg·kg-1,the limit of quantitation was 0.12~5.00 μg·kg-1,and the recovery rate was 86.53%~96.78%.Conclusion:The detection method of 24 polyphenols in honey established in this study has the advantages of high sensitivity and quantitative accuracy. In addition to caffeic acid phenethyl ester,23 other active substances were detected in honey from different honey sources in Gansu, among which coumaric acid and p-coumaric acid were higher.
