摘要

酶联免疫分析技术操作简单、灵敏度较高、技术成本较低且能够应用到多种成分检测中,因此被广泛应用于大批量食品安全快速检测中.随着相关技术的革新,酶联免疫分析技术在实践检测中的应用也愈发成熟,同时衍生出众多新型技术,满足了食品快速、高质量检测需求.基于此,本文探究了酶联免疫分析技术在各类食品检测中的应用,分析了酶联免疫分析技术的优势,希望能够为广大从业人员提供些许参考.

Abstract

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is simple to operate,has high sensitivity,low technical cost,and can be applied to the detection of a variety of ingredients.Therefore,it is widely used in rapid detection of large-volume food safety.With the innovation of related technologies,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has become more mature in practical testing,and many new technologies have been derived to meet the needs for rapid and high-quality food testing.Based on this,this article explores the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in various food testing,analyzes the advantages of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and hopes to provide some reference for the majority of practitioners.
