摘要
本文主要介绍我国常用的农药残留快速检测技术,包括胶体金免疫速测技术、整体检测法、表面检测法等,并分析当前农药残留快速检测技术面临的问题,如食用农产品多样性加大农残检测难度、复杂农药残留谱下农药残留快速检测技术受限、食用农产品中速测技术缺乏标准化等,同时提出相应的解决策略.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the rapid detection technology of pesticide residues commonly used in China,including colloidal gold immune rapid detection technology,overall detection method,surface detection method,etc.,and analyzes the problems faced by the current rapid detection technology of pesticide residues,such as the diversity of edible agricultural products increases the difficulty of pesticide residue detection,the limitation of rapid detection technology of pesticide residues under complex pesticide residue spectrum,and the lack of standardization of rapid detection technology in edible agricultural products.At the same time,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
