摘要

基于生物阻抗谱技术,猪肉为检测对象,完成了注水肉检测系统的方案设计、特征参数提取、特征参数评价与分析,最终获得注水肉阻抗谱检测系统中仪器的最优激励电源幅值和扫频范围等检测参数配置.

Abstract

Based on bioimpedance spectroscopy technology,with pork as the detection object,the scheme design,feature parameter extraction,characteristic parameter evaluation and analysis of the water-injected meat detection system were completed and the optimal excitation power supply amplitude and scanning frequency range of the instrument in the water injection meat impedance spectrum detection system were obtained.
