Technical Difficulties and Countermeasures of Food Additive Detection
The widespread use of food additives poses potential risks to food safety,and accurate detection of the content and types of additives in food is crucial.This article analyzes the technical challenges faced by food additive detection,including the enrichment and capture of trace additives,complex matrix interference,and simultaneous analysis of multiple components.From the aspects of sample pretreatment,specific separation,and combined analysis,innovative paths and optimization strategies for detection technology are explored.Research has shown that new enrichment materials,immunoaffinity chromatography,chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,and quantitative calibration strategies based on mass spectrometry big data can effectively solve the problem of food additive detection and provide strong technical support for food safety supervision.
