Research Progress on Detoxification Methods of Vomitoxin
Deoxynivalenol(DON)is the main component of vomitoxin,is a mycotoxin widely found in wheat,corn,barley and other crops,posing a threat to human and livestock health.In order to find an efficient and economical DON detoxification method,improve the yield and quality of agricultural products,and reduce the potential risk of food safety,this paper reviews the common physical,chemical and biological DON detoxification methods,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and provides future research directions.
