分散液液微萃取技术(Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction,DLLME)是一种新型的样品前处理方法,它具有有机试剂用量少、操作简便快速等优点,广泛应用于食品样品中痕量目标物的提取.本文阐述DLLME的类型,DLLME技术在液态食品分析中的应用,以期能为后续研究者在DLLME领域的进一步开发与创新提供思路.
Application of Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction Technology in the Analysis of Liquid Food
Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)is a novel sample pretreatment method,which has the advantages of small amount of organic reagents,simple and rapid operation,and is widely used in the extraction of trace target substances in food samples.This paper describes the types of DLLME and the application of DLLME technology in the analysis of liquid food,in order to provide ideas for the further development and innovation of the following researchers in the field of DLLME.
