Abstract
In the face of increasingly prominent food safety problems,food traceability technology,as a key measure to ensure food safety,has been widely concerned.This paper expounds the development background of food traceability technology,analyzes the application of food traceability technology in ensuring food safety,and aims to introduce novel perspectives and methods for food safety supervision and strengthen food safety supervision.
