摘要
超高效液相色谱串联质谱法具有分离目标物快,定性、定量准确,灵敏度高等优势,被广泛应用于农药残留检测分析工作中.本文阐述了检测饮用水中农药残留的重要意义,同时介绍了超高效液相色谱串联质谱法的优势,并对其在饮用水农药残留检测中的应用进行了简要综述.
Abstract
Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry is widely used in the detection and analysis of pesticide residues because it has the advantages of rapid separation of target materials,accurate qualitative and quantitative sensitivity.This paper describes the significance of detecting pesticide residues in drinking water,and introduces the advantages of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and briefly reviews the application of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in detecting pesticide residues in drinking water.
