超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法在水产品兽药残留检测中的研究进展

摘要
高效快速的水产品兽药残留检测分析方法是保障水产品质量安全的有效技术手段.超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法(Super-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrum,UPLC-MS/MS)具有特异性强、灵敏度高等特点,适用于水产品兽药残留检测分析.本文阐述水产品中兽药残留检测的重要意义,介绍UPLC-MS/MS法的原理及优势,并对UPLC-MS/MS法在水产品兽药残留检测的应用进行概述.
Abstract
Efficient and rapid detection and analysis of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products is an effective technical means to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.Super-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrum(UPLC-MS/MS)has the characteristics of strong specificity and high sensitivity,which is suitable for the detection and analysis of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products.This paper expounds the significance of veterinary drug residue detection in aquatic products,introduces the principle and advantages of UPLC-MS/MS method,and summarizes the application of UPLC-MS/MS method in the detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products.
