Abstract
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the improvement of food safety standards,traditional food processing technology is facing major challenges.Supercritical CO2 liquid phase extraction technology has become an important development direction in the field of food processing because of its unique environmental protection and high efficiency.This article introduces in detail the principle,operating procedures and application of supercritical CO2 liquid phase extraction technology in food processing.By analyzing its technical advantages,the future application potential and challenges of this technology are discussed.
