detection of pesticide residues in fruits is of great significance for food safety and consumer health.The accuracy of fruit pesticide residues detection is directly affected by whether the detection technology is advanced and the application is in compliance with the regulations.In order to ensure the quality and safety of fruits,it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the application and management of pesticide residue detection technology.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main technical points of pesticide residue detection in fruit,and explores the quality and safety management strategies for fruits for reference.
