The current quality testing and safety control of agricultural products face many challenges,including incomplete testing technology and methods,incomplete testing systems and regulatory mechanisms,and safety hazards in the production process of agricultural products.In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,this article proposes specific strategies from multiple aspects such as strengthening innovation in testing technology and methods,improving testing systems and regulatory mechanisms,and enhancing safety control in the production process of agricultural products.It is hoped that these strategies can effectively improve the level of agricultural product quality testing,ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,and promote sustainable development of agriculture.
