Research on Food Safety Risks and Countermeasures of Prepared Vegetable Industry
With the popularity of fast-paced lifestyles,the prepared dishes industry has developed rapidly in recent years,providing consumers with convenient dietary solutions.However,the rapid expansion of this new industry is accompanied by an increase in food safety risks,and these risks are mainly concentrated in production licensing,processing operations,storage and transportation,and sales.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the main food safety risks faced by the prepared dish industry,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,aiming to effectively reduce the food safety risks of the prepared dish industry and protect the health of consumers through the implementation of these measures.
