摘要
网络食品作为信息网络的衍生产物,受到了年轻群体的追捧和热爱,但其中的食品安全质量问题也对网络食品市场造成了极大的影响.基于此,本文通过分析网络食品安全监管的发展现状和发展困境,得出网络食品安全在法律法规、市场监管、平台监管和监管执行等方面的不足之处,并据此提出健全网络食品行业相关法律法规、优化网络食品市场监督管理方式和完善网络食品安全监督管理体系的建议.
Abstract
As a derivative of information network,network food has been sought after and loved by young groups,but the food safety and quality problems have also caused a great impact on the network food market.Based on this,by analyzing the development status quo and development dilemma of network food safety supervision,this study concludes the shortcomings of network food safety in laws and regulations,market supervision,platform supervision,and regulatory execution.Based on this,recommendations are proposed to improve the relevant laws and regulations of the network food industry,optimize the supervision and management methods of the network food market,and improve the supervision and management system of network food safety.
