With the increasing attention of the society to the food safety issues,the food safety accident emergency drill has been widely promoted.The so-called food safety accident emergency drill refers to the simulation of the real food safety accident situation,to guide the participants to carry out relevant treatment and evaluation activities,so as to improve the quality of the staff and improve the emergency response mechanism.This paper starts with an overview of relevant theories of emergency exercise and evaluation,and takes the joint food safety emergency drill of three cities in Qingdao as a case to analyze the experience and deficiencies obtained from the current emergency exercise and evaluation,and puts forward suggestions to improve the emergency plan and working mechanism and strengthen the evaluation.
