摘要

随着食品供应类型趋于多样化,消费者开始关注市场食品的安全性,在这种背景下食品安全检测工作的重要性愈发突显.检验检测工作是确保食品质量的关键举措,而质量控制将会直接决定食品检验检测数据结果的准确性和可靠性.为此,本文将会对食品检验检测质量控制工作中的常见问题展开分析,指出质量控制的意义与重要性,并提出相应问题的解决措施,以此确保能够提升检测结果精确性.

Abstract

With the diversification of food supply types,consumers begin to pay attention to the safety of food in the market,under this background,the importance of food safety detection becomes more and more prominent.Inspection and testing is the key to ensure food quality,and quality control will directly determine the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing data.Therefore,this article will analyze the common problems in the quality control of food inspection,point out the significance and importance of quality control,and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems,to ensure that the accuracy of the test results can be improved.
