摘要

全面质量管理理念在海上食品质量安全管理中具有重要应用价值,能够有效提升食品质量安全的保障水平,促进海上食品产业的健康发展.本文从全面质量管理的视角出发,深入探讨了海上食品质量安全管理的路径.通过分析海上食品生产、加工、储存以及运输等各环节的质量安全问题,提出了针对性的优化措施和标准化管理策略,以期为相关工作的开展提供参考.

Abstract

The concept of comprehensive quality management has important application value in the quality and safety management of marine food,which can effectively improve the level of food quality and safety assurance,and promote the healthy development of the marine food industry.This article delves into the path of quality and safety management for marine food from the perspective of total quality management.By analyzing the quality and safety issues in various aspects of maritime food production,processing,storage,and transportation,targeted optimization measures and standardized management strategies have been proposed,in order to provide reference for the development of related work.
